Case Study #2

Our client was a nurse staffing company that provided nurse staffing services to hospitals and nursing facilities across the state of Texas.  Several hospitals and nursing facilities continued to late pay their invoices or did not pay at all.  Our client made several attempts to collect the debt directly from the hospitals and nursing facilities but was not successful.  Within days of being hired, we filed lawsuits against the hospitals and nursing facilities and were able to obtain a 100% recovery without the necessity of a trial.
