Our client was a nurse staffing company that provided nurse staffing services to hospitals in the South Texas area. One such facility refused to pay for the services provided by our client and also attempted to hire the nurses away from our client despite a written agreement not to engage in such behavior. We sued the facility, obtaining a 100% recovery and also filed an application for temporary restraining order and temporary injunction to immediately stop the attempts by the hospital to hire our client’s nurses. We were able to successfully resolve the case in our client’s favor.
