Mr. Dubiel began collecting debts and judgments shortly after being admitted to the Texas bar in 1996. Starting out representing small, local businesses in contract disputes, Mr. Dubiel has expanded his experience and practice over the past 20 years to include national and international businesses seeking to collect a commercial debt or judgment in Texas and Oklahoma.
Mr. Dubiel was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 1997 and is currently admitted to practice before all federal district courts in Texas and the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
Mr. Dubiel received his law degree in 1996 from the University of Tulsa where he was on the Dean’s List and also attended the University of Texas School of Law while working as an intern for both the Travis County District Attorney’s Office and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Oklahoma Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association and former Co-Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Practice Committee of the DAYL and member of the 2001 DAYL Leadership Class.
